In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Internet of Turtles

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Windows 10

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome 91

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Researcher

What happened? I haven’t been able to load the website for the last two days and our project manager in South Africa also hasn’t been able to load it. I got one 502 gateway timeout, the rest of the time it just refuses to load

What did you expect to happen?
Website to load
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
try to access the website

We are still trying to figure out why it is doing this, but we are aware. Please refer to community post Internet of Turtles website crashing - #4 by JoGoodfellow for updates.

Sorry for delayed response. It seems the issue was more with the internet connection when trying to load.
