There isn’t currently an export type that will cover all of the filters you’re looking for. However, I do see Cariss’s email appear in the export for Exported email data contributors file though that export only includes email addresses and not any other submitted encounter details.
This feel like a use case that could apply to this open feature request: Being able to export the photographer name (and all the data)
