Location ID's reverted to an older version again

What happened?
Reviewing encounters and noticed Location ID list has reverted to an older list -
List now includes two instances of Sudan and has lost all the Provinces under South Africa as well as the Lowveld Location ID, recently added.

What did you expect to happen?
Location ID’s - once updated, stay updated.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
We do not know what is causing this

Also, Sudan is back to being in the location ID list twice; here’s the last post regarding that getting fixed: Request to remove duplicate Location ID - #2 by Anastasia

I restarted Tomcat in ACW and the location IDs are appearing correctly again. Thanks for the heads up!
