In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Manta Matcher

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) researcher

What happened? I cannot assign the public encounter to myself as I could previosuly

What did you expect to happen? assign the encounter to me

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Looks like security permissions were recently tightened, requiring the admin role to do that rather than the old manager role. I have added it to your account, and you should be unblocked.
