Same problem in IoT. Problem with initiating or getting timed out

I’ve moved this to a new topic since the other one was resolved already.

Can you share the URL of the encounter or match page you’re seeing the error on so I can research this further?

I’ve restarted the matches on these encounters (1 | 2). I’ll follow up tomorrow to see if the match results have returned.

Thanks for your patience. Matching is rebelling because of an issue with the apostrophe in “O’ahu” (the code considers it a special character and it’s creating an issue).

I’m writing up a ticket for this now and will follow up with a link soon.

This encounter’s match results are ready. I’ve just re-sent the other one to ID.

For any other encounters you find with match errors, re-send them to ID and they should work now.
