EDIT 5/26/2021: Matching is back online
Hi,
I’m working in zebra wildbook, and as of yesterday evening, matching has essentially ceased to function. It takes a really long time to load and eventually presents with an “attempting to fetch results” message and no prospective matches. This has happened to us with isolated encounters before, but for whatever reason, it has suddenly become a much more persistent, and therefore disruptive, issue. I am working with Safari on a Mac computer.

Note: some of the encounters have had the message “error initiating IA job” instead, but the impact is the same.
I hope we can get this sorted out quickly.
