Matching Issue for Whale Sharks – Local Scan Only?

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Whale Sharks

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) MacOS 10.15.7

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Brave (Chromium-based)

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin

What happened? I tried to match a photo from the Azores, Wildbook for Whale Sharks. It’s not coming up with any matching information: “None match locally”.

What did you expect to happen? A list of potential ID matches.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Re-run my scan task on SharkGrid: Wildbook for Whale Sharks

I re-ran it and didn’t hit an issue. Not sure what happened. :frowning:
