What happened?
I kicked off matching on 7 encounters at least 15 mins ago. 6 of 7 are showing as “attempting to fetch results” and have been for several minutes now with no change. The 7th encounter is still showing as “waiting for results”.

Am I stuck behind a large batch already in the queue or is there another problem?
I see matching results at the links above, and the IA queue is currently empty with no errors registered. It looks like at least 200 detection and ID jobs were kicked off today, likely from a bulk import? Each job took from 1 second to 3 minutes, but even with our new improvements in the pipeline, they can stack up at that simultaneous volume. The final match took only 43 seconds by completed overall in 1 hour and 21 minutes because it was behind a large volume other matches.
If this was a bulk ID job after bulk import, this is normal behavior as the system applies its available resources to the large queue. It looks like everything did complete successfully.
