What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
This encounter has 2 images and although detection was done on both images, ID is only performed on one. We used to be able to see matches for all the images submitted per encounters. It’s not the case anymore.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Submit an encounter with multiple images and run detection & identification. Only the first image submitted goes through identification. For the second image, we have to manually select “start match” on the Encounter page.

Was encounter or image deleted since you posted it? Your link doesn’t load any match results and when I tried to track back to the image the match page result came from, it appears to have been deleted. If it’s still active, can you link to the encounter, instead?

If you click on the match result, it only gives you a match for the first image, not for all three. See match result: Wildbook for African Carnivores | AI-Driven Wildlife Identification
Before the upgrade, it uses to give the match result of all the images in one encounter, all at once. Now it’s like if the AI ignores the other images although they have detection boxes.
