Missing Button in Rapid Assessment

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin, Researcher

What happened? The button to name a new individual in the rapid assessment tool is missing.

What did you expect to happen? There should be a button on the left-hand side that allows for a new name to be assigned.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Try to go through steps to identify an individual.

Hi @jason,

Sure thing. Here is the link to a review page with the button missing. I attached a screenshot here from before the update with a circle showing where the button was previously and what it looked like.

It should be restored but please note it will be in a slightly different position as shown below.
