Thanks for the examples! These match results are from the beginning of the year, so there may have been an ID issue thatā€™s since resolved from it they were first run.

If you see this happening with brand new uploads, let me know so I can keep digging.

Thanks for flagging this one! We fixed a configuration issue and you should be able to run a new match now since this was last run in Jan 2023.

I am afraid this problem is still happening. Sometimes miewID and sometimes Hotspotter.
MiewID is still not 100%, so ideally we need both.

Thanks for the update. Iā€™m not able to dig into this more until the current GiraffeSpotter ID backlog clears. If you can share a couple of links to examples in the meantime, we can use them when researching this.

I checked the ticket for this and see that this is scheduled to be resolved for the 10.5.0 release. In the meantime, re-sending the matches with the missing algorithms back through ID is the work-around until this is resolved.
