Thanks for the examples! These match results are from the beginning of the year, so there may have been an ID issue that’s since resolved from it they were first run.

If you see this happening with brand new uploads, let me know so I can keep digging.

Thanks for flagging this one! We fixed a configuration issue and you should be able to run a new match now since this was last run in Jan 2023.

I am afraid this problem is still happening. Sometimes miewID and sometimes Hotspotter.
MiewID is still not 100%, so ideally we need both.

Thanks for the update. I’m not able to dig into this more until the current GiraffeSpotter ID backlog clears. If you can share a couple of links to examples in the meantime, we can use them when researching this.
