What happened? I am unable to log to my user profile after I have logged in. The page turns forever and then it crashes. All other tabs are working properly.
What did you expect to happen? To be able to see and modify my user profile (e.g. editing collaboration level)
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? Try log to my user profile or to someone else user profile.

I didn’t run into any issues trying to load the profile page. Do you mind if I temporarily change your password so I can test it within your account?

You can temporarily change my password to see what’s going on.
I tried again now and I still cannot open the User profile.
I tried also to open the User profile via Chrome on my phone and with another browser just in case but the issue remains.
Thanks! I’ve updated your password while I look into this. It’s definitely taking longer than usual to load your profile page (a few minutes) though it does eventually load. I’m going to continue troubleshooting this. I’ll send you the updated account password in a private message.
You should be able to load your profile now. There was a collaborator log that was on your profile page that was slowing down load time. It’s not supposed to be visible for any of your assigned roles (and isn’t supposed to take so long to load for those who should be able to access it), so we removed it and it solved the problem.
You can change your password back now!
