What happened? Green detection boxes never show up. Instead of “start match” I see a message in grey that says “Still waiting for detection. Refresh to see updates”

The encounters you linked look to have been submitted on 02-12-20, the same day as another stalled encounter from a previous thread where we found a storage issue. I’ve resubmitted these jobs and received matching results. Let me know about any other encounters from this day that did not process and I can resubmit them as well.

I found a configuration issue that has now been resolved that prevented the encounters you linked from processing. I’ve sent them to identification and received results. Let me know of any others sent on this day that need to be reprocessed.
For both your platforms I have submitted other jobs with outside images to verify that matching is operating normally and in all cases they completed successfully.
