What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
When running the matching for an encounter I get the following error:
“there was an error with task 2d80a5bd-35aa-4965-a31c-a0bf872844ad: No data to match against, please refine your matching parameters.”
I checked the location ID and species but everything seems to be okay and when running the matching based on location ID “Red Sea” it says it will be matched against 8208 encounters.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

  1. Go to encounter: Internet of Turtles
  2. Start another match for any of the pictures in the encounter

Thanks for letting us know! We’ll need more time to look into why it’s not displaying match candidates.

Thanks for your patience! There was a bug that was treating these green turtle annotations as hawksbill ones, which is why it didn’t detect any in the Red Sea. This has been corrected in 25 encounters. Please restart matches on any green turtle encounters that say they have no data to match against in order to see corrected match results.
