"No image available" in match results but displaying in source encounter

What happened?
Images are not displaying in match results page, and in that space, the message reads: “No image available” but the images do show up when we click on Inspect and they are displaying in the galleries of the source encounter record.

To be able to see images display in match results

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

The root drive on your sever is full. This likely meant that the lower resolution images could not be created.

I am working to free up space. The server is currently down but will be back soon.

Emergency surgery done and successful. ACW is back up and running.

The root drive on the server has been freed up (dropped from 100% full to 55%). The data drive (to which we migrated the database) is now at 94%, so we’ll need to expand that soon, but it is not needed today (or this weekend).

I ran a quick fix-it script to generate the lower res child media assets that display in the match results, and I am seeing match results look normal at the link above and for that bulk import.
