One match found but no image is displayed & unable to click to view the related encounter

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What web browser were you using? Latest chrome + Safari

What is your role on the site? admin & researcher

What happened?

  • User ran matching
  • Got 1 match result with a score of 1.1082
  • No match image was displayed
  • No inspect button
  • No checkbox
  • Clicking on green bar to open the match encounter record does nothing

I could absolutely see what you reported (and behaves similarly to your other community post), but upon re-running the match, I am seeing results as expected.

Please monitor and re-open if you see this consistently elsewhere post upgrade.
