Pending scanTasks not showing in whaleshark.org

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

Whale Sharks

What happened?

I’m helping the Malpelo / Galapagos team to ensure their images are input correctly, and wanted to rescan the Malpelo photos. I annotated spots and submitted them for scanning, but they’re not showing up in the pending task list.

What did you expect to happen?

I should be able to click through and monitor for completion, even if they’re not assigned to my user ID, by checking the ‘all pending scanTasks’.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

I noticed it on this encounter: Wildbook for Whale Sharks

Hey @simonjpierce ,
Due to a lack of activity on our part, this appears to have cleared itself up based on what we’re seeing? Is that accurate? Or do you have scans that should be pending but aren’t, still?
