Photos and Individuals missing since update

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?

Since the update there are some photos missing. for example ID: 3de71357-a3a4-4549-9feb-b06d23dd34d0

And as well some individuals like CY-Jeremy. We can’t find this turtle anymore.

What update are you referring to? IoT hasn’t been upgraded to version 10.10.0 yet.

I looked at CY-Bruno’s encounters and see several without images, but the logging on the encounters don’t show that images were deleted from the encounters. Is it possible they were uploaded without images?

I wasn’t able to find any individual records for CYT-Jeremy, either. Is there a possibility that someone in your organization deleted his encounters? When all encounters of an individual are deleted, the individual page for it is automatically deleted.
