In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
All encounters submitted since August 10th are missing photos, across different users and locations.
What did you expect to happen?
To be able to view photos, seems unlikely this is user error with multiple submitters.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
View encounters in the unapproved box since August, and/or try submitting a new encounter and see if the issue is reproduced.
