Photos missing from recent encounter submissions

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)

MacOS 12.4

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

Safari 15.5

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

What happened?

All encounters submitted since August 10th are missing photos, across different users and locations.

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to view photos, seems unlikely this is user error with multiple submitters.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

View encounters in the unapproved box since August, and/or try submitting a new encounter and see if the issue is reproduced.

Hi @ChrissyTustison

The data drive ran out of space. I have cleared space so this should stop happening immediately, but we will need to go back and ask submitters for the missing photos. Do you know how many encounters this is?

Hi @jason, we have this under control now and have contacted most empty encounter submissions. Subsequent ones are working fine, thanks, Nerida and @ChrissyTustison
