Problem with accessing encounter - researchers not able to access images

In Sharkbook, one of our users Researcher) is encountering the same issues reported in this bug: https://community.wildme.org/t/problem-with-accessing-encounter/4894/2

She used to be able to access images, but now it is refusing her access.

Please can you review this issue?

If you can let me know which encounters Tegan is unable to access, I can look into why she can’t view them.

Thanks for the links!

The first two encounters belong to Simon and the last one belongs to you. It doesn’t look like Tegan has any collaborations with either of you and her location-based roles aren’t exact matches for the location IDs in the encounters.

When you say she’s restricted from seeing the encounters, do you mean that she’s seeing the popup to start a collaboration with the encounter owner in order to view it?
