The annotations show as 0% identified but there are probably closer to 80%. Not sure why and makes it hard to prioritize workflow…

Yes, this is unfortunately the same bug reported in the IoT post. 
I did make one small update to the settings for your project. In the Edit project page, the Project ID Prefix needs to include a placeholder for how many digits will follow the prefix. You had it set as “NBW” but I updated it to “NBW-###”. This way, the project knows to add 3 digits to your project ID prefix. After that, I updated the marked individual page for 6401 and manually added the project ID prefix and project ID to it:
Once that is saved it would normally shows a percentage on the project list. But since this specific project is so large, it might not tick up to 1% until this manual update is made to several more individuals.
It also shows the project ID in the project column for the first encounter of the dolphin:
As a workaround, you can manually update the project ID details on each individual in this project using my example above. I don’t have a timeframe for when we expect to resolve this bug, but I will flag it again for the team as this is is getting reported more frequently via email and this forum.
