Push IA access to researcher level

What Wildbook are you working in? ACW

Hi, a while back @jason and I discussed pushing the ability to run IA down to the researcher account level. At the time we didn’t really have demand for it but after the Zambian training session, we now need it.

When possible, could someone please make that change for us?
