Recurring email traffic from ACW

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) WIN 10

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome latest

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin

What happened? Review of Logs seems to indicate recurring email loop happening.

What did you expect to happen? no repeating email loops?

Can you expand on the impact? I’m seeing normal email logging to the placeholder @t4c accounts.

The same 10 emails seem to be on a loop.

No impact that I can tell but it would seem to be a waste of resources if constant issue

Hi Paul,

We’re not having looping email issues on other Wildbooks. We’ll watch for it, but it may otherwise be normal platform usage or overly verbose logging (e.g., we log the email too many times during a single call).
