Request to add Colombia to the location list

We are currently working on a photo-identification project focusing on whale shark and manta ray along the Colombian coast.
While attempting to upload our field data, we noticed that Colombia is not available in the dropdown location list. Could you please add Colombia to the platform options so we can upload our sightings and continue our research?

What Wildbook should this feature be in?

If requesting a new location ID, include

  • Is this is nested beneath another location in the hierarchy?
  • Is there a prefix for region-based naming? (optional)
  • GPS coordinates in decimal format (optional)

Both Whale Shark Wildbook and MantaMatcher. We would like this location to be available for both whale shark and manta ray photo-identification records.

We apologize for the additional request. We would also like to add a few more locations to better represent our monitoring areas in the Colombian Pacific
