We’re aware of an issue with the image analysis pipeline (WBIA) that’s preventing detection and identification from completing in multiple Wildbooks.

Anyone who reported detection/match issues should have already heard back from me with confirmation of completed detection or identification.
If there were additional encounters that you had issues with during the outage that you did not report, starting a new match will return match candidates now.
