What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
This individual is not showing in individual search.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
This individual is not showing if you write phs388, Phs388 or 388 to individual search box. It says " did’nt match with any individuals".

Is there something wrong in its individual page or metadata? I know it has been merged with Phs383. Something wrong with merging?
