In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
When the user was searching for all pictures of individuals, by using: Search → Encounters → Metadata → Submitter, photographer… : own name → Results table →Individual ID →Individual Page → VIEW ALL IMAGES, it gives a message: NO IMAGE AVAILABLE. At least this happened for individual Phs095, Phs223.
When I tried myself (admin), I could see same individuals images normally.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Not sure, because I could not reproduce it. User tried again, and same happened for her account again. Here’s a screen shot:
