Hello everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with the new IoT matching platform. When I go to register a new individual, the system is no longer offering the sequence name.
I believe the name should appear just as it did in the previous version. The screen displays a “Loading suggested ID” message, but no name ever actually appears.
Are you referring to the match page or the Individual section of the Encounter page?

Thanks for clarifying! You’re working with encounters in Rio de Janeiro, right? It doesn’t look like this location has a set prefix that would normally be suggested. When those are set, it would look like this:
I do see IDs being auto-suggested when I type. What are you entering there so I can try and test it on my side?
Just to add a bit more context, this is happening specifically on the Match Result page. Whether I have a project selected or not, clicking ‘mark as a new individual’ doesn’t bring up the next numerical sequence code like it used to. This auto-sequence was super helpful for us to keep our numbering organized. Without it, it’s getting a bit tricky to manage,we run the risk of accidentally registering two different individuals under the same ID, or having team members use the exact same ID at the same time, thinking it’s still available.
