Sharkbook algorithm not running matches

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
When I run the matching algorithm I keep getting this message:
there was an error with task a5269e54-b074-4bea-82fb-3167dce03e41: unknown error
What did you expect to happen?
The matches for the shark to come up.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Try to run the algorithm on any encounter and you should receive the same message.
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

The Sharkbook image analysis server appears to be down temporarily. I’ll update here when it’s back online and processing matches again.

Sharkbook’s image server issues appear to need more than just a restart to get things working normally again. I likely won’t have another progress update until tomorrow.

Matches should be working again. I just double-checked the annotations on this encounter and saw matches for each.
