Sharkbook all Pending scantasks -not working

SHARKBOOK

All - firefox, chrome, edge etc

ADMIN
None of my scantasks are loading. They all stuck on status 0/5000 and even when I hit the restart button they do not start. I have a growing list of sharks to review so hoping you can fix before I get into the weekend when I was hoping to tackle them! @Anastasia any chance you can check before you finish up for the weekend?

To recreate - perhaps log in as me and go to my grid

This sounds related to SAS USA not going through grid

I’m researching this now. I’ll see what I can find out for you.

We’ve restarted the grid client and it looks like work is processing now.
