Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

My student and I have spot mapped sharks and sent them to the grid. But there is no progress showing on the Pending Scan Tasks area. The maps are not going through the grid seems.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @Carol

I wasn’t able to replicate this in testing. I submitted a test shark and spot mapped it and I saw my task pending.

Can you send me the links to a few of the encounters you were working on so I can verify if they appear on the completed scan task list?

We’ve restarted the grid client and it looks like work is processing now.
