Sharkbook
I have been able to merge a number of shark individuals, but something is stopping these two from merging:
SHARK1: GNS-1292 needs to be merged with GNS-1193
SHARK 2: GNS-1739 needs to be merged with GNS-0082
Can you give it a try and see what is preventing it?
The screen doesn’t change for me when I try to merge. Is that what you’re seeing, too?
It looks like one eventually loaded. I love how useless this error message is. 
In the meantime, you should be able to work around this following the first set of steps on the Merging FAQ help docs.
I don’t know if this was an intermittent issue, but while I was revisiting this today, it allowed both merges to complete after a few minutes of loading. We restarted Sharkbook as a precaution in case it was leading others to experience similar errors.
