The sharkbook MiewID searches are not working for the last week and now are saying “Gave up trying to obtain results. Refresh page to keep waiting”. Other messages include “Waiting for results. The machine learning queue is working”.
Can you please look into this?

Our Matching FAQ says that these messages mean that identification is still processing. Do you mean that identification jobs sent a week ago are still showing as in progress? If so, it would help to have links to specific bulk imports or encounters that appear to be stuck so I can take a closer look.
If the encounters or import were more recently sent to identification (within the last few hours), it may need more time to finish processing.
