Hi, since go live of the latest software, I am finding that MiewID is not working. Normally it returns around 50-60 results per image, but today its returning nothing.
I searched by doing 1:NewMatch > 2:Selected EastAustralia and all children under > 3: MyData > 4: MiewID and no matches.
Then I tried searching again and removed “MyData” from the selection box (the way it defaults) - still no matches.
It’s not working for me with whale sharks either, i.e. Wildbook
I had multiple locations set for a Seychlles shark:
PIE isn’t loading any matches either.

This has been resolved. The new MiewID vector fast matcher was tested on three previous, large platforms without issue. Sharkbook.ai had a lot of unexpected, legacy data that caused some performance problems in matching. The solution was a combination of data cleanup and some optimization code to better handle larger volumes of matching candidates. Fixes also extended to improving PIE v2 (whale sharks) and HotSpotter performance too.
