Sharkbook - password lockout

I have been locked out of sharkbook and no matter how many times I try to reset my password and then it tells me success, and then I try logging in with that password, it tells me “Invalid email or password”

Could you try and reset me please as I am on a tight timeline to try and review as many sharks as possible before a deadline to the government.

I have also checked with others and they are all experiencing the same issue - it appears that we are locked out of sharkbook entirely. Please can you look into this bug as soon as possible ahead of the weekend when we do most of our work.

Sharkbook was offline while we worked on upgrading the server per the banner that’s on the header of the forum. I’m checking with my teammates to see if the downtime extended beyond the estimated amount and will update the notice if needed.

Logins to Sharkbook appear to be working correctly now, but I did confirm there was an issue the was preventing users from signing in early this morning that was corrected with a restart.

Encounter Search indexing is going to be slow for the time being, but we’re still actively working to get things up to speed. Let me know if you run into other issues.
