Hey this was a first - I was doing a spot map on Simon’s photo, and after I placed the spots on the image and hit “Save Image” it seems to have overwritten the original image and replaced it with the spot map image.
Can you double check if the image Simon uploaded is still somewhere saved in the backend and can be re-instated?

I have since found the encounter - it became a clone? Wildbook
Weird - not sure why it saved the photo to another encounter, but at least it didnt delete it. Do you want to keep the encounter open for bug checking?
Sharkbook is receiving its latest Wildbook updates Monday and Tuesday. I’m holding off on troubleshooting in case these end up getting resolved in the new code. Let me know if this persists after then.
Fantastic - it seemed to be an odd case anyway - looking forward to the changes! Fingers crossed it resolves stuff

Thanks for your patience. I just did a few spot mapping tests and the original encounter image remained on the encounter. The update appears to have addressed this, but let me know if you observe any similar behavior in 10.10.
