Not sure why, but yesterday and today Sharkbook is running incredibly slow. It keeps timing out when trying to open pages, upload images, or performing matches.
Maybe a re-boot is required?
It also has this message that appears when it times out:

Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
