Sharkbook is running very slowly this week when uploading photos, performing MIEWID results, and when saving images for spot maps it often takes a long time and then times out with an “error saving” message.
Thanks for the heads up. Our previous fixes have reduced the number of hanging threads that cause these slowdown in Sharkbook, but hasn’t eliminated them completely. We’re working on this today.

Thank you! Sharkbook was updated with newer database management code last night and we are watching it for bottlenecks. It may take several days for those to build up (hopefully not if all goes well).
