What happened? From my student:

"I’m also having trouble adding the photos from Shark 4 to Shark 3. I used the upload button that’s on the encounter for Shark 3, it allows me to upload the three photos, and then it says complete and to refresh the page. I did that (several times), and the photos have not populated into the encounter page. "

She and I tried to upload 3 additional pictures to an encounter (6e13b2d4-1ace-45ba-ad3e-ada264e54a14) , but were not able to.

What did you expect to happen?
pictures get uploaded

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Hi, @Carol !

We were just seeing this bug in the zebra Willdbook, and I put what I hope is a solution it in code review like an hour ago.

For internal tracking, it’s WB-1459 subtak WB-1589.

That should be deployed to SAS soon!

In the meantime, the workaround is to upload an additional picture, TOTALLY IGNORE THE THING THAT TELLS YOU IT’S OK TO REFRESH. For safe measure, maybe wait three minutes and THEN refresh.

Hopefully, that’ll work in the meantime, but let me know if not? The fix will make it your way soon I hope!
Cheers,
Mark

Hi, @Carol !
This should be fixed now. Can I trouble you or your student to confirm?
Thanks,
Mark
