In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Spot a Shark Australia

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc): Researcher

What happened?
Dropdown missing - cannot update key words. Under “attributes” we expect a dropdown to select from the following key words about the shark (note that these are contained as “Encounter.mediaAsset0.keyword0” in the excel results file):
Hook
Migration
Fishing net
Scar
Scratches
surf fishing
Scoliosis
Jaw damage
Pregnant?
Fin damage
Speared
Marks
Bite marks
Skinny/Manky
Rope
Teeth growth
Rope cut
Bungy
Rescued
Rescue 4
Rescue 3
Rescue 2
Tag

What did you expect to happen? We expect this dropdown to appear for us as it used to.

I’m having trouble reproducing this issue:

It might be that the keyword menu didn’t appear if you didn’t click on the picture?

If you’re still not able to update keywords, could you send me a link to an encounter you’re having trouble with?

Hi @MarkF

I am unable to edit these fields from the encounter page as they do not appear in any attribute option. I attach a screenshot where I would expect to see this dropdown?

Hi, @Sarah_Aus_SpotaShark !
I think I understand now. Keywords has moved over to the image itself. If you click on the image, you should see a menu in the upper lefthand part of the screen that will allow you to assign keywords to the image (see previous screenshot).

Let me know if you are able to add keywords to your encounter from there.
