What happened? About ~4000 encounters have been erroneously linked to the latin name Carcharius taurus, and not Carcharias taurus. We have another ~1000 against the correct spelling Carcharias taurus. The difference in spelling means we cannot link sharks together when they are matched. We need all sharks in this database to be Carcharias taurus.
