Spot maps results not showing?

Within sharkbook I have noticed a number of spot map results are not showing. I have tried to re-search but no results come up. Can you please help work out the workaround on this?

Here are some examples:

  • Spot map
    For your first link, I can see the spot map for this, but not the table of candidates. I can, however, use the Next button to view all 12 candidates and their maps.

I need more time to look into the other encounters’ spot maps.

Thanks for your patience. There was a backlog of about 100 ScanTasks that needed to be restarted. We’re gradually working through those so it may take a little while for those spot maps to load.
