What happened?

After adding spots to an encounter in the spot mapping feature, each time I click the save button it says “error saving” and will not move on to the ScanTask portion.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected for the spots to properly save and for the ScanTask button to appear. Instead the spots are not saved so I cannot run the spot mapping scan.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

If you could please find out why there is an error when saving the spot mapping data, and allow the full scan to be completed with the ScanTask button and results, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @apatterson Can you send me the link to one of the encounters you were trying to map? Is this happening with all encounters you’re working on or only some of them?

Multiple encounters, at least all the ones I have tried to spot map.
