Unable to access the site (won’t load). Other users have also reported that they are unable to access the website. This has been occurring on an almost daily basis lately.
What did you expect to happen?
For the website to load.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Try and open the site.
The site is working for me. It let me log in and navigate to encounters, so this seems to have resolved itself. I’ll see if I can find out more about why the site has been intermittently unavailable.
Thank you! Yeah usually the site fixes itself but I ask for a request when its been down longer than 2 hours. It seems like the site has been going down very frequently lately (almost everyday). In fact it was just down for an hour and a half today but I guess it fixed itself?

We don’t have a root cause for the outages, yet. There’s a strong possibility that we need to rebuild the server to fix it, but we need to schedule a day to do it.
Okay sounds good. I have no preference on when to have the site down for repairs. Whatever is easiest for you all.
