The site will probably resolve itself per usual? It seems to happen every Sunday afternoon…
It looks like the site is online again as of this morning.
To follow up on our last thread on why this keeps happening, we’ve seen something similar before with MantaMatcher, and the solution was to rebuild the server and transfer the data to the new server. We’re still trying to identify the root cause, but no one factor yet points to the issue. We don’t want to jump to rebuilding the server if we can fix this with a less disruptive solution. Thanks for your patience while we continue to research this.
Ah I see. Keep me updated! Thank you very much!

The website was down yesterday and is still down. Are you guys working on it? Should I let the users know that it will be down for a while?
Thanks!
Thanks for the heads up, @andrewpettit
We expect to have it back up sometime today. I’ll update here as soon as it’s back online.
The site is back down again if you all are not aware.
@andrewpettit It’s back up now.

Thank you! Alerting the devs.
I’m going to resolve this topic. I’ve started checking on the status of Sea Bass at the beginning of the day and at the end of the workday so if it’s down, we can get it back up without waiting for a user report. This should hopefully cut down on how frequently you find it offline while we tackle why it’s going offline so often.
