"Still waiting for detection" for days

What happened?
I have been uploading pictures through ‘Report an encounter’. Since June 21st, it won’t recognize the giraffe in the picture, so the green square is missing and when I click on the box at the lower right corner of the picture it says ‘Still waiting for detection. Refresh to see updates’. It has been like this for days for some pictures, and I’ve uploaded different encounters to see if the problem was the photo. The ones I uploaded before June 21st have giraffes that are further away and more difficult to recognize, but there wasn’t a problem, so I don’t know what the issue is.

What did you expect to happen?
The giraffes to be recognized

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
