What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? this import has been stuck at 95% for several days.

Hi @GoBeach

Despite the ID status showing as incomplete, I checked each encounter in this import and verified that ID completed on all of them and there are match results available for each.

I’ll look into why the status on the top of the import page isn’t reflecting as complete.

Actually, since this import existed before we upgraded IoT to 10.8, this might be something a bit more complicated than I anticipated. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information.
