What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
Bulk upload submitter ID was GrantB vs grantb
User cannot access his encounters since system has created a new user?
What did you expect to happen?
User ID is usually not case sensitive - so I did not expect a new user to be created and no warning on bulk upload.
Can you convert all GrantB to grantb ?
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
