Submitter ID from bulk upload - user not displaying?

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
WIN10
What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

What happened?
Bulk upload submitter ID was GrantB vs grantb
User cannot access his encounters since system has created a new user?

What did you expect to happen?
User ID is usually not case sensitive - so I did not expect a new user to be created and no warning on bulk upload.

Can you convert all GrantB to grantb ?

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

P.S. No user GrantB was created, but there were 607 encounters with that submitterID!

The Sightings associated with this submitter (I assume now changed from GrantB to grantb ) are still not showing up under the Occurrence search.

Were you able to convert all of the encounters to grantb

I have cleared browser cache and still not seeing them.

Postscript: If I do just an Encounter search against either grantb or Grant Beverley then I can get to the sightings (Occurrences)

Hi, @PaulK and @ACWadmin1 !

I just set the submitterIDs in the occurrences to ‘grantb’ as well as the submitterIDs of the encounters, which was what was done last time. How about now?
