Suggested Names not Populating

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
GiraffeSpotter

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
Windows

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
Internet Explorer

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
Admin, Research, OrgAdmin

What happened?
When a individuals does not match to any individuals on GS, there is no suggested name. Previously we had it set so that the next name available would be suggested based on the location. This is not showing now.

What did you expect to happen?
If this is a new individual, when we would go to ‘confirm no match’ a suggested name would appear (eg. LoiXXX).

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Look at this encounter and match.

Thanks for the heads up! I’m curious if this is happening in other WIldbooks, too. I’ll need a little more time to test to see if this is a wider issue.

Hi @jenna

I’ll write a ticket for this soon, but as a workaround in the meantime, you can still see the suggested ID with the location prefix if you edit the Identity section on the Encounter page:

**Expected behavior** When no match is found on the match page (`/iaResults.jsp`…), users can set a new ID with the confirm no match button.
