The section for entering in measurement data (e.g. length, width, etc) did not have any fields open to populate.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected to have open boxes to populate for measurement data.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
None that I can think of - I just entered a new encounter to submit and the issue was there.
